In the event of weather-related schedule changes or other emergency situations, the Aquinas Montessori School will communicate any
decision affecting both the Mount Vernon and the Old Town campuses according to the following policy:
- There will be no announcement when schools are open and operating on a regular schedule. All students will report to schools at the regularly scheduled time.
The Mount Vernon campus generally follows school-closing policies decided by Fairfax County Public Schools.

Mr. Dave, Head of School, makes final decisions regarding closures and delays with specific consideration for the Aquinas Montessori School community.
